H&R Springs and standard dampers, removed from 2009 car (coilovers now fitted) 6k miles. £160 ono. Adie 07966 319341 at@primegroup.co.uk (Notts)

Hi Rossi, the front springs are attached to the dampers so I'm not able to seperate them, sorry.

undo the big nut at the top and the springs come off.

And stand well back....You'll need spring compressors.

they arent under that much pressure when off the car. and as you undo the nut the presure is being released, it will be fine.
